Associate Experience Managers support Experience Managers in campaign implementation by ensuring partner coordination at the campaign level. Programmatic Creative leverages and integrates a number of different technologies, techniques, subject matter experts and expertise. As the Programmatic Creative Platform is an orchestration of external technologies, these include fluency with external partner platforms, from Flashtalking to AdZu. Within OMG and Annalect specifically, these may also include interaction with Data Management Platform managers (for data pulls and data transfers to and from the DMP), Client Solutions (for project and process management), external creative agency teams (for creative assets development), Marketing Sciences (for modeling, targeting, advanced test design, reporting and optimization) and Annalect's Platform Logistics for operationalizing campaigns.
Integration with Data Management Platform (DMP) and DMP SMEs: Knowing what data is available, to ensure coordination and seamless integration at the campaign level.
Integration with Creative Development and Communication Planning and associated SMEs: This includes interaction with creative agency resources and partner platform resources to ensure coordination and seamless integration at the campaign level.
Integration with Ad Tech partner platforms: Inclusive of all partner platforms. Requires an understanding of platform functionalities and requirements, to ensure coordination and seamless integration at the campaign level.
Integration with Annalect Client Solutions team resources for project management. Annalect Client Solutions will provide assistance, and where appropriate ownership of the project management functions. Working side by side with Client Solutions is an important part of the Associate Experience Manager's job requirements.
Partner closely with ad technology companies to educate self and team about evolving solutions, identify opportunities, and ensure a healthy and collaborative relationship
2-3 years technical, and/or consultative experience across digital technologies, such as:
video point solutions
emerging technologies, specific to personalization / dynamic creative
DMPs, DSPs, CRMs
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal functions, including Platform Operations, Client Services, and agency teams.
Education & Experience
2-3 year's experience within the digital advertising industry, particularly working with dynamic creative.
A 4-year College degree is required.
Experience in Communications Planning, Digital Advertising Technology and Advanced Analytics a plus.
