Work with the Commercial sales team to develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools relating to volume, market share, distribution and execution of trade programs.
Build tools that allow field sales personnel to view results from high level regional view down to individual retail accounts.
Work with team members and Commercial business partners to understand reporting needs. Translate business partner needs into actionable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and reporting tools as needed.
Provide ad hoc analytics to Commercial business partners as needed.
Consistently look for opportunities to streamline processes and standardize reporting, including automation of reports.
Build relationships with key business partners on Commercial team.
Bachelor's degree required - MIS, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or Data analyst related preferred.
2 years sales reporting and analysis experience and/or comparable relevant experience
Experienced in extracting and manipulating large datasets and spreadsheets, utilizing advanced Excel (including VBA), SAS or R, and object oriented programming. Solid technical skills across a wide variety of tools and data platforms. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Relational Database experience and SQL proficiency essential

Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner with extreme accuracy.
