What Youll Do:

• As a Manager, ALM & Financial Analysis for Abound Credit Union, you will be engaged in a rewarding and challenging environment to support the organizations overall financial success and stability.

• Work closely with the Chief Financial and Administration Officer to evaluate net interest margins, interest rates, and investment securities, as well as performing financial analyses such as product profitability and analyzing and modeling credit risk in various loan portfolios.

• Manage competing priorities on a day-to-day basis, including assisting with financial analysis, interest rate management, working with Credit Union vendors and consultants, adhering to sensitive timelines, and having a strong working knowledge of financial markets.

What We Need:

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics , Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position (investments, actuary, treasury, ALM, etc.)

• Understanding of structured finances, such as Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMO) cash flows.

• Solid understanding of industry practices in modeling mortgage prepayments and other aspects of borrower behavior such as delinquencies and defaults.

• Professional, well-developed written and verbal communication skills necessary for supervising Credit Union personnel, communicating essential information to the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer.

• Detail oriented with the ability to make connections in data.

Salary Info:

$75,844.21 - $94,805.26 / year
