This position provides related administrative support to the manager, senior manager and/or staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED; Requires four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant. Typing proficiency, PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software.

CPS or one (1) year of related college courses. Good spelling, punctuation and basic English grammar skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or action. Good human relations skills.

Overview: This position will work within the MYR Group fleet department supporting fleet operations across the country in a variety a ways. Duties: * Process, code, and track vehicle registration. * Apply for vehicle titles. * Correspond with DMV, Licenses Office, and other MYR locations to meet deadlines for titles and registrations. * Research new jurisdiction requirements as needed. * Track IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement). * Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports using Excel. * Data entry and invoice coding * Other duties as assigned * Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
