The Administrative Manager (AM) to foster and maintain a continuous quality environment that encompasses the scope of requirements for the Executive Director of the Road Home Program, the administrative functions and responsibilities, and other functions as directed. The AM renders those services in the most cost efficient environment and executes day-to-day functions within the back office areas, along with human resource management that will promote a productive work environment and facilitate personal and professional growth. Exemplifies the Rush and Road Home Program's mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush and Road Home Program policies and procedures.
In addition to the fulfilling the responsibilities of assisting the Executive Director in the performance and oversight of duties incumbent upon the Executive Director, the Administrative Manager also:
1.Directs the day-to-day operations of the Road Home Program by maintaining back office functions of time management, purchasing, accounts payable, on-boarding of associates, and other back office functions
2.Works to maintain optimum staffing; scheduling of staff to guarantee timely provision of support and services
3.Oversees training and development of associates by providing internal and external access to continuing education opportunities
4.Support associate meetings on a regular basis to communicate information, review departmental performance and formulate action plans for problem solving. Maintain minutes of meetings.
5.Interacts with all Road Home Program clients to respond and act upon service and/program issues.
6.Interfaces directly with all Road Home associates to ensure compliance with Road Home Program guidelines and expectations.
7.Responsible for maintaining a safe and responsive environment for all Road Home associates and our clients
8.Availability to address daily operational issues, i.e., service delays, special requests, associates issues.
9.Assume an active role and provide input to the leadership team of the Road Home Program.
Required Job Qualifications:
Three to five years' experience in a management/supervisory capacity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proven problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated understanding of organizational processes, policies, and our vision, mission and values Ability to direct all activities toward meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of all Road Home Associates and clients.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
