Manager, Accounts Payable (Ap)

Use your previous management experience to provide guidance and continuity to our AP team. We have 50 dealerships in 12 states and offer a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to create standard operating procedures as it relates to accounts payable.

• Oversee and assist team with full cycle A/P including...PO matching, vouchering, reconciling vendor statements, and disbursements.

• Conduct monthly audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage vendor communications, research, and analyze issues. Reconcile monthly invoices.

• Perform daily check reviews and monitor the team's output.

• Maintain documentation accurately in accordance with GAAP.

• Other duties as needed.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or AA degree in Accounting

• 2+ years management experience, strong leadership and team building skills.

• Passionate about quality, accuracy, and timeliness

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
