Manager (Accounting)

The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage a team consisting of Senior associates and Entry level associates.

• Review work products of Senior associates and Entry level associates.

• Research complex tax and GAAP-related issues.

• Communication with tax authorities.

• Communication with clients regarding business, accounting, and tax-related issues.

• Prioritize and schedule work for Senior associates and Entry level associates.

• Accept responsibility of quality and efficiency of preparation of corporate and individual tax returns, Financial Statements and Tax Research.

• Develop business contacts to generate new leads.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, and have a CPA license. Candidates must be organized, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, must possess leadership skills, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. At least five years of public accounting experience is preferable.
