We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing CPA firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role providing strategic leadership and guidance to our accounting advisory team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing SEC Reporting, Financial Reporting, Public Auditing, and Assurance Services.

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the company's financial goals and objectives. 3. Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes. 4. Drive the continuous improvement of our account advisory services, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. 5.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. 7. Manage and resolve complex client issues, providing exceptional customer service at all times. 8.

Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Need to have interest in obtaining CPA. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior account advisory role. 3. Proven experience with SEC Reporting, Financial Reporting, Public Auditing, and Assurance Services. 4.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. 5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive financial success and growth. 6.
