KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Account Operations to join our Business Development organization.
Strong understanding of the client master services agreement, statement of work templates and rate card implications; review contracts for consistency and for adherence to the master services agreement and client requirements prior to submission to client; track contracts from initiation through execution working with client procurement, if applicable; coordinate any contractual changes working with KPMG and client legal departments
Point of contact for client procurement for contract administration, client reporting requirements and related matters
Responsible for overall operations of the account ensuring continuous process creation, improvement and increased efficiency; oversight of junior onshore and/or offshore resource(s); advise account leadership on business operational needs
Oversee account's facilitation of resource onboarding, maintenance and offboarding, invoicing, payments and AR reconciliation processes per client requirements in client's Vendor Management (VMS); develop and maintain account operational procedures manual and onboarding guide for new engagement teams; continuous communications with clients to provide excellent customer service experience throughout onboarding process
Account financials forecasting, analysis and reporting; coordinate responses to various client audit and compliance requests for information
Substantial contribution and ownership of Account Operations Team activities and initiatives and sharing of best practices; responsible for coaching and oversight of one or more junior team members as their People Management Leader
Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations; experience in the Technology industry is a plus; minimum two years of people management experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook; experience with SharePoint, Customer Relationship Databases, Google Workspace and Vendor Management System is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills required
Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision; comfortable with ambiguity and ability to multi-task; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $79600 - High: $145900
