Manager, Account Management.-Pandora
MarketStar's Pandora team currently has an opportunity available for a Manager, Account Management in the South Jordan, Utah office.
The Manager, Account Management will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and will be primarily responsible for the day to day activities and performance of the sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success
Successfully drive team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas
Monitor the team's performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus.
Ensure continued progress of the team by proactively taking responsibility for the sales representatives' day to day development and performance
Motivate sales representatives to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required
o Consistent coaching, including:
o Handle day to day rep issues
o Live call monitoring
o Rep pipeline deep dives and forecasting
o Rep score-carding
o Rep 1-on-1
o Rep performance evaluations
Ensure rep productivity, drive effective activities, objectives and results
Monthly team meetings
Identification of best practices, provide insight to client, senior sales manager and training
Bubble up program feedback and strategic recommendations for additional program strategies, tactics, revisions and implementations based on observations of the programs' people, processes, and product
What's required to be considered?
College Degree preferred
Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position
Knowledge and experience in Direct Sales SMB focus preferred
2+ years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment OR currently holds a MarketStar Coach or Team Lead position
Superior communication and writing skills
Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office required
Must have ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
Must have an adaptive management style and be able to work at micro and macro levels
Knowledge of management theory
Direct, B2B, and Telesales experience required, preferably with an SMB focus
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
