Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with the Retail Sales Organizations within the Northeast Region (CT, MA, ME, NH & VT) and Human Resources teams to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Proactive partner with leaders to influence workforce planning and organizational design to support business leaders to drive growth. Enables the organization to achieve business objectives/goals through impactful leader consultation and guidance. Ideal candidate will be open to travel to states within the footprint.

Preferred candidate should have experience working in the Retail Space.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Support execution of business initiatives to drive growth.

  • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

  • Data-driven storyteller focused on how human capital can help drive business results. Uses data to consult with business leaders on their organizational health .

  • Talent architect who ensures the business has the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills, at the right time while planning for future talent needs as the business continues to shift.

  • Supports the business organization with driving change necessary to plan now for the future of work.

  • Assesses leadership talent by participating in selection and movement of talent across the organization.

  • Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines, and policies to protect the business and its employees.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
