Bachelors degree and six years of experience or a master's degree with four years of experience, and/or equivalent education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Must have knowledge of business practices and be able to balance competing interests.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy and tact as the exchange of information is a significant part of the job.
The job must be able to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way, and be sensitive to audience diversity. Tact and basic politeness is required.
