  • Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service

This position will be responsible for the provisioning/deprovisioning of application access. Application Account Management, Human Account Management, Entitlement and Application Account Description Management, collection and reporting Application metrics. Individual will need to familiarize themselves with Information Security Policies, Standards, and Controls and offer guidance as needed to ensure personnel are complying. They need to identify risks and work out possible solutions with the customer and inform management as necessary, while handling tasks assigned to them with little to no supervision. They are expected to identify process inefficiencies and provide ideas for solutions, including the ability to assist with the automation of manual and semi-manual processes. Responsibilities: * Provisioning/de-provisioning application access daily * 24/7 on-call support * Deployment related activities (generally after hours and weekends) * Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operating Procedures * Troubleshoot application access issues and escalate where necessary * Training of peers * Requirements gathering and testing for new (and existing) application integration to the new Identity Management System * Provide support to IT and Business Application owners/users while understanding the needs of the business Qualifications Qualifications: * 3 - 5 years of professional IT experience * 1 - 2 years of hands on Information Security experience * Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts * Ability to incorporate process changes and updates into Standard Operating Procedures. * Responsible for executing IT General Controls and enforcement of Standards. * Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management. * Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established milestones and timelines. * Must have the ability to learn and adapt to new capabilities/tools based on the needs. * Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Must be able to establish and maintain business relationships. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical resources. * Financial services experience preferred Key to Success: * Self-starter, self-motivated * Ability to work & collaborate effectively in a team environment * Sense of urgency and ability to apply a risk-based approach in order to effectively prioritize tasks * Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively with business and technology stakeholders * Motivated to learn new technologies Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
