Management Support Officer, Goto Americas

We're looking for a management support officer to:

• support the GOTO Americas Office in fulfilling governance requirements in service of key regional bodies
• facilitate integration related changes an in processes and systems
• conduct data analysis, reporting and projects associated with our real estate footprint
• provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging and delivery to key regional bodies
• offer organizational services and support related to staff programs

Your expertise

• ideally 2 to 4 years of experience working in a similar role
• proficient with MS Office and associated packages
• comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills, high social acumen
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
