We are seeking a highly motivated individual to leverage relationships to support account growth in a new market. As a Management Consulting Account Executive, you will be supporting business development with opening new doors with large clients as well as nurturing existing relationships
Specific responsibilities for the Account Executive include:
Drive client account growth strategy and execution
Participation in the late stages of the sales cycle to win business
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Define strategies that will support the growth of work in the market
Provide strategic consultative support in alignment with services in the market
Develop a strong understanding of service capabilities
Establish and maintain strong C-level partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to assess and present optimal business and technical solutions; actively participate in Client's culture and community events
Develop a clear Account Strategy, business plan, and annual targets. Actively monitor and communicate progress to Consultants on the Account and CapTech Leadership
Conduct quarterly Account reviews with C-Level stakeholders to build a strategic partnership
Proactively identify and drive new opportunities to serve clients' needs
Evaluate and monitor competition, overall Account health, and risks
Effectively communicate Account strategy to all delivery teams, support superior project delivery, and encourage Consultants to develop positive relationships within their sphere of influence
Resolve critical client satisfaction, program/project issues, and/or Consultant conflicts
Lead and develop Sr. Account Managers or Account Managers within the account; actively build mentoring relationships and offer continuous feedback
Leverage internal CapTech talent to educate clients on our capabilities and broaden relationships
Present effective solutions and options to meet Client goals/objectives
Oversee/lead proposal and SOW efforts
Specific qualifications for the Management Consulting Account Executive position include:
Proven sales or account management experience in management consulting industry required, preferably selling end to end solutions delivery based engagement work
Excellent collaboration and team building skills
Experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and define optimal solution
Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
Experience leading teams through complex technology solution sales
Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
CapTech capabilities and value propositions; Technology trends relevant to the account
Clients' business strategy, goals/objectives, and industry trends
Account strategy, gaps, challenges, and goals
CapTech resources to leverage for new opportunities (chalk talks, etc.)
Account Management/Business development processes and tools needed to manage the Account (CRM, etc.)
Executive Presence demonstrates a professional demeanor, steady composure, and confidence, has a positive outlook, displays enthusiasm when working with others; has 'charisma'; presents a curious viewpoint asks questions to gain understanding and influence others; leads by example; demonstrates a strategic focus on clients' business needs
Intuitive sees beyond the immediate project; has a vision for the partnership and sense of key stakeholders needed to maintain growth; identifies patterns between technology, industry trends, client objectives, and CapTech solutions to foster relationships for future needs
