Receive and review all correspondence, reports requirements, and submissions for completeness, propriety, adequacy of information or data, and compliance with reporting requirements.
Study reporting directives, determine necessary action, and prepare additional guidance for preparation as necessary.
Collect data from program files, suggests changes and makes recommendations to the analysts.
Prepare narrative reports and organization charts with recommendations for supervisor's review.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: compiling data for reports; proofreading documents for spelling, grammatical construction and punctuation; and creating and finalizing documents for distribution.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Business Administration, Public Administration, etc.
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
