Responsibilities

As a Management and Program Assistant (Pathways Intern) in the Enterprise Governance Department, you may:
Gather data and information from various sources in order to prepare a variety of narratives, reports, tables, charts, graphs, presentations and summaries.
Perform a variety of project/program assistance and administrative duties to support management and program work.
PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

Procedures to category rating are being used for this position. If you meet the basic qualification requirements, we will further evaluate your resume and transcripts to determine the quality and extent to which your background (experience, education, training, etc.) relates to the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  1. ability to gather and analyze data, recognize discrepancies and perform calculations on that data

  2. ability to provide administrative support such as developing and maintaining reports, and coordinating logistics for an event or project


Based on that evaluation, we will place you in one of the following categories- 1) Gold; 2) Silver; 3) Bronze.

If, after your application has been rated by the Subject Matter Expert, you are found to meet none of the KSAS listed above, you will be placed in the Bronze category.
