You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

Procedures to category rating are being used for this position. If you meet the basic qualification requirements, we will further evaluate your resume and transcripts to determine the quality and extent to which your background (experience, education, training, etc.) relates to the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  1. ability to gather and analyze data, recognize discrepancies and perform calculations on that data

  2. ability to provide administrative support such as developing and maintaining reports, and coordinating logistics for an event or project

Based on that evaluation, we will place you in one of the following categories- 1) Gold; 2) Silver; 3) Bronze.

If, after your application has been rated by the Subject Matter Expert, you are found to meet none of the KSAS listed above, you will be placed in the Bronze category.

This assessment method does not add veterans' preference points but protects the rights of veterans by placing them ahead of non-preference eligibles within each category.

Job Summary Provides guidance to the project management team to ensure appropriate delivery of contractual business obligations in the areas of Contracting, Scope Development, Budgeting, Scheduling, Subcontract Management, Change Management, Cost Management and Project Controls. Average annual revenue for project specific oversight typically range from $20MM to $50MM and may consist of one or more projects with various Client profiles and diverse scopes. Through implementation of best business practices in alignment with firm's policies and standards of performance, this role will provide critical project management and project controls oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Responsibility * Directs and participates in the development and initial build of project fee proposals, financial burn/revenue analysis, project labor forecasts, cash flow forecasts. Assists, coordinates and/or has oversight of development of project schedule and coordinates preparation and analysis of schedule baseline, progress schedule reporting, specialty schedules, schedule analysis, EVM, that tie to the HNTB PM System, and other compliance related requirements. Identifies trends and deviations and recommends solutions or recovery plans for multiple financial scenarios related to project performance. * Coordinates project specific month-end reporting and revenue recognition activities. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the project financial data that results in accurate reporting and projecting of project performance with compliance to internal and external governance requirements (HNTB policies and procedures, client requirements, industry standard accounting requirements and government requirements).
