This position is located at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in the Facilities Management Office (AS20) in the Office of Center Operations. The individual serves as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for supporting and improving the delivery of facilities services. The individual also develops and manages the customer relationship process and the customer relationship program to resolve customer problems and communicate to facilities management offices.

Manage the customer relationship program and align with the business requirements for the Office of Center Operations.
Develop reports and analytical output based on queries of databases from various source using Standard Query Language, integrate customer relationship IT solutions and database administration into the Facilities Management Office customer relationship process.
Collaborate with facilities teams to resolve customer issues related to complex repair, maintenance, and construction procedures by using analytical methods to measure objectives, and goals.
Lead and integrate the assessment of program performance and report status to facilities management, including developing and defending variance assessments, rates analysis, risk mitigation, trend analysis, audits, inspections and forecasting.
Develop plans, procedures, and methods for facilities customers and communicate statuses, projections and recommendations to facilities management.
Occasional travel - Travel may be required for training or other work-related duties

Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade of GS-12, which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to: experience managing database systems to develop solutions, experience resolving complex issues and improving customer relations, and experience communicating effectively and collaborating with team/customers, and preparing Information Technology reports and studies to deal with procedural issues across organizations using established guidelines.
