This position is located at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in the Facilities Management Office (AS20) in the Office of Center Operations. The individual serves as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for supporting and improving the delivery of facilities services. The individual also develops and manages the customer relationship process and the customer relationship program to resolve customer problems and communicate to facilities management offices.

Manage the customer relationship program and align with the business requirements for the Office of Center Operations.

Develop reports and analytical output based on queries of databases from various source using Standard Query Language, integrate customer relationship IT solutions and database administration into the Facilities Management Office customer relationship process.

Collaborate with facilities teams to resolve customer issues related to complex repair, maintenance, and construction procedures by using analytical methods to measure objectives, and goals.

Lead and integrate the assessment of program performance and report status to facilities management, including developing and defending variance assessments, rates analysis, risk mitigation, trend analysis, audits, inspections and forecasting.

Develop plans, procedures, and methods for facilities customers and communicate statuses, projections and recommendations to facilities management.

Travel Required

Occasional travel - Travel may be required for training or other work-related duties

VIEW JOBS 12/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-14T00:00 Requisition ID 127926BR Date updated 12/13/2018 The lntegrated Program Management Analyst (lPMA) is a Direct Report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Program Planning & Support Directorate (PPS) LWS Product Line and matrixed to the LWS Airborne Systems Engineering Services Program Manager. This position will support the Stinger Engineering Services and other efforts in the Airborne Systems Directorate. Stinger is the world's most versatile and lethal one-man-portable, air-defense weapon system. It is made by Raytheon Missile Systems and provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and numerous international customers a fire-and-forget, Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) missile. The IPMA position is responsible for partnering with program leadership and control account managers to ensure program objectives are met on or under cost and on or ahead of schedule. This will include complex coordination between multiple entities on the program to achieve program objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Earned Value Management (EVM) including Variance Analysis, quarterly Estimates At Completion (EAC) efforts, budgeting, baselining, proposal support, scope control and communicating expectations in support of the program's Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Managers (PMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads. This position requires a dedicated, experienced individual who can be successful in a fast paced and demanding environment The candidate will work with varying levels of management across all functions within the Program and the Product Line. The individual will work on process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all aspects of the organization. Working closely with CAMs, the lPMA will manage program status and schedule meetings, maintain action items lists, perform meticulous follow-up to ensure actions are completed, and proactively coordinate across the program to help multiple program members develop an efficient program battle rhythm.
