RMC is hiring for a Management Analyst I to support a Portfolio Management team. The selected applicant will assist in a variety of information technology/infrastructure administrative, IT inventory management, business, and portfolio management activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Provide support to customer calls

  • Support Dept. of Navy Application Database Management System (DADMS)

  • Support RDT&E customers and Functional Area Manager (FAM)

  • Develop, draft, and edit reports, briefs, letters, and other documents per the Navy Correspondence Manual

  • Process Portfolio requests to include new requirements, version upgrades, existing stakeholder requirements and application approvals and disapprovals

  • Maintain Portfolio compliance of vendor and version information and coordinate with stakeholders

  • Maintain compliance documentation, POC listings and historical metrics

The selected applicant may be required to use Navy ERP to extract data necessary in performing management analysis and report preparation. A Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience with Department of Navy administrative support is required. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and six (6) years of related experience is required.

Security Clearance: An active DoD security clearance is required. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
