JOB TITLE: Management Analyst, Junior
This contract supports the Office of Biometric Identity Management in improving its organizational efficiencies, human capital initiatives, and general process improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the day-to-day programmatic and operational duties
Gather, format, validate, and manage data in support of program analysis and reporting
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, briefings, and outreach materials, including presentations, statistics, graphs, schedules, and instructions
Assist in addressing program-related inquiries
Support all documentation and analysis tasks
Support meeting, writing and deliverables development
Provide complete support for all transition and change management tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Security Clearance: DHS suitability
Current DHS suitability
Bachelors degree and Five (5) years of experience in communications, business, process improvement, or human resources; Masters can be substituted for Five (5) year requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Strong organizational skills to efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting process improvement efforts featuring process mapping and workflow and process redesign
