Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and analyze automated reporting systems and develops a variety of reports and briefings as necessary.

  • Develop, collect, analyze, and verify data relative to organization, functions, methods, staffing, facilities, equipment, layout,workflow, workload, man-hours, quality, performance metrics (Information Technology(IT) metrics), best practices, etc.

  • Perform duties related to the acquisition of resources and services. Collaborate with users, contracting staff, and other agencies to determine the requirements and assist in the development of documents.

  • Manage a variety of administrative programs dealing with propertyaccountability, publications, records management, correspondence, TDY, and information management.

  • Perform organizational structure and workforce staffing/utilization actions and studies on procedural and relationship issues, to identify, coordinate, and develop improvements inefficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide procedural guidance and advice in processing of civilian personnel actions. Write memorandums of instruction to ensure that personnel are informed on information concerning new and revised procedures concerning personnel actions.

Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-11: Must have a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, in Business Administration/ Business Management. Completion of all requirements for an LL.M from an accredited college or university (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

Combination of Experience and Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-11: If you have some, but not all, of the experience or education described above, you may still qualify by combining the amount of creditable experience and education that you possess. To compute, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education by 36. Add the two percentages. The following positions may be filled from this vacancy announcement: Information Technology Specialist (CUSTSPT) GS-2210 Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed.
