Serves as the liaison and administrative contact for the Facilities Program Staff, responsible for responding to administrative deadlines, gathering and compiling data and information for OFEMS responses on various data; maintaining essential employee rosters; Performance Management Appraisal Process (PMAP), copier maintenance needs; training attendance; conference planning and spending; and processing and maintaining Time and Attendance records.

Accountable for formulating, executing, and tracking the Division/Branch supply and equipment budget ensuring compliance with OFEMS and Agency policies and procedures. Independently coordinates, manages and procures supplies and equipment for OFEMS, which includes obtaining price quotes and necessary approval for purchases, acceptance of deliverable goods, and or installation of equipment. In addition, serves as back-up P-Card coordinator for five components within OFEMS.

Accountable for initial planning, acquisition and distribution, accountability, and ultimate issue for use, retention, or disposal of cell phones, blackberries, and air cards for OFEMS employees. Formulate and establishes a self-inspection program of electronic equipment. Perform physical inventory and material coordination duties to ensure the effective management and utilization of government property under conditions of changing program requirements. under conditions of changing program requirements.

The position of Management Analyst falls within the 0343 occupational series.

In order to qualify for Management Analyst, GS-0343-12 you must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service analyzing and evaluating the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of an organizational unit; identifying and analyzing issues, problems and challenges; and providing advice, guidance and assistance to management in a wide variety of management service areas with an emphasis on improving organizational efficiency and productivity.

You must meet the Time-in-Grade requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 09/25/2018.

In accordance with Office of Personnel Management policy, federal employees are assumed to have gained experience by performing duties and responsibilities appropriate for their official series and grade level as described in their position description. Experience that would not normally be part of the employee's position is creditable, however, when documented by satisfactory evidence, such as a signed memorandum from the employee's supervisor or an SF-50 or SF-52 documenting an official detail or other official assignment. The documentation must indicate whether the duties were performed full time or, if part time, the percentage of times the other duties were performed. It is expected that this documentation is included in the employee's official personnel record. In order to receive credit for experience in your resume that is not within the official series and grade level of your official position, you must provide a copy of the appropriate documentation of such experience as indicated above.
