  • Plans, Directs and serves as the subject matter expert for IACH in all matters related to Government Purchase Card process and procedures

  • Provide advice, assitance, training and customer service to all customers Billing Official within Laboratory, Credentialing, Warrior Transition Unit, Food Service and Dental Activity

  • Serve as the hospitals supply contract representative

  • Responsible for planning and executing work, selecting and interpreting technical and administrative guidelines

  • Prepare/review contract packages and related documents, coordinating with involved converns, processing invoices, and maintaining data

  • Serve as a liason with Resource Managment Division, Defense Finance and Accounting System (DFAS), Contracting Office, contractors and other government offices to resolve issues and keep close surveillance on critical requirements.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Experience with a wide range of well-established and commonly applied supply principles, concepts and methodologies in support of supply operations and property management principles, concepts and methodologies.


Education: In order to qualify for this position based upon education, you must have a Ph.D OR equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; or equivalent combinations of experience and education (Note: You must attach transcripts with your application if you wish to substitute education for experience).

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).

Duties/Responsibilities: * Serves as an integrated member of a Multi-Functional Intelligence analysis team, and serves as an Open Source (OSINT) Analyst and SME for the AOO. * Assist in support of regional and theater OSINT teams. * Support required trainings, tools evaluation, daily briefings and policy development and the occasional RFI driven OSINT analysis. * May be required to lead the analysis and daily activities of a small team of OSINT Intelligence analysts. * Conducts intelligence analysis, OSINT analysis, operational planning, and fusion/integrating of intelligence data in order to produce reports, responses, artifacts, recommendations, findings, and products to priority intelligence requirements as directed. * Assesses and provides analysis of technologies and solutions, provides analysis recommendations, researches and builds technical papers, and supports INSCOM analysis operations as required by the INSCOM Commander or INSCOM AOO. Qualifications: Absolute Criteria * Active TS/SCI Security Clearance * Bachelor's Degree and two (02) years' experience. An Associates' Degree and two years' additional experience (total of four years) or a High School Diploma and four years' additional experience (total of six years) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Desired Criteria Two (2) or more years' of relevant Open Source intelligence (OSINT) experience, including: i. Researching, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating Open Source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished Open Source assessments. ii. Verbal and written interpretation/translation (the ability to identify and analyze problems and then generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with various elements of DoD.) iii. Writing professional intelligence products (reports, briefings, etc.) iv. Providing direct customer support. v. Working as part of multi-discipline teams. vi. Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited supervision and respond to short-notice tasking. Additional Preferred Experience i. Graduate of OS301Course ii. Graduate of OS302 Course iii. Graduate of the CASO Course iv. Graduate of the BOSIC Course v. Prior experience working with US Army or any DOD Cyber Command. vi. Experience in other intelligence disciplines including: 1. All Source Intelligence. 2. Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) 3. Human Intelligence (HUMINT) 4. Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) 5. Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) vii.
