Management Analyst 2

The Position

Management Analysts conduct a variety of studies, research and analysis of management and administrative areas such as budgeting and financial analysis; departmental operations; legislative analysis; management research; and statistical and informational analysis.

This position will be assigned to a centralized human resources unit within the Health and Human Services Director's Office. The incumbent will primarily focus on outlining career planning pathways and development training opportunities for department staff.

This will require collaborating with employees to create personalized career development pathways and identifying growth opportunities, training programs, and skill-building initiatives that can be deployed for entry level job classifications to encourage retention and align career goals with organizational objectives. The incumbent will also provide periodic assistance to the centralized EEO Investigation Unit overseeing administrative investigations and provide general HR coverage for the Director's Office.
