Management Analyst 2

The Position

Management Analysts conduct a variety of studies, research and analysis of management and administrative areas such as budgeting and financial analysis; departmental operations; legislative analysis; management research; and statistical and informational analysis.

The Student Investment Division is recruiting to fill a Management Analyst 2 position within the Grants Management Unit of the Office of District Support Services in Carson City. The incumbent is responsible for developing subaward documents, processing requests for reimbursements, tracking expenditures, converting and reporting financial transactions, and fiscal oversight of subawards made from the assigned state or federal grants; ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Analysts within the Grants Management Unit collaborate with subrecipients to support understanding of required processes and operational efficiency.
