Title: Managed Services Technical Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Areas of Responsibility
Work with SR level Consultants to identify and propose the right delivery service solution, tools & methodology, based on real service delivery capability and Customer needs
Configuration and modification of software tools and monitoring agents based off of customer needs
Assist with Lifecycle support of Customers implemented on Managed Services offers
Support optimization/improvement projects
Consult with the System Administration team and System Specialist in the analysis, resolution of service delivery issues, and implementations of change requests
Participate in the deployment of corporate tools, processes and procedures to optimize the performance of service delivery
No relocation assistance will be offered for this position.
Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS or related technical discipline
Understand of Cloud based Technologies
Ability to learn new programming concepts quickly and efficiently
Basic understanding of programming and database concepts
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Position requires occasional travel on a project basis only
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of Project Management
