The Managed Services Consultant is responsible for managing one or more recurring and/or one-time services in the Professional Services Managed Services portfolio. This role will be responsible for onboarding process for new and existing customers and managing the day-to-day operations and processes for assigned services.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Managing the customer onboarding process to ensure that customers are set up thoroughly and properly on the Relias solutions.
Developing project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans
Utilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally
Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation
Leading customer workshops and training sessions.
Providing status reports to customer, and ensuring project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers
Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits
Ensuring that the project management database is kept up to date and all time is logged and project notes are complete
Managing the day-to-day delivery of assigned services to new and existing customers.
Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the engagement
Conducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
Collaborating with Client Success (if applicable) on the ongoing management of the customer relationship as it relates to managed services
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Relias Solutions and Platforms
Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits
Assisting with developing and maintaining process documentation for managed services processes
Assisting with updating department SharePoint site
Acting as liaison to other departments as assigned
Other duties as assigned
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
1+ years in a service delivery environment managing customer facing projects or services
1+ years implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training
Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
Experience delivering ongoing services in a technical, business process, or SaaS software environment
Technical expertise in one mor more SaaS products or platforms
Intermediate to advanced level of comprehension with Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced time management skills and ability to prioritize
Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process, metrics, and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent execution
Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers
Technical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services)

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
