We are seeking a Managed Proofpoint Security Awareness Training Administrator (mPSAT Admin) to join our team at our Pittsburgh, PA office located in the Strip District (though remotely until after the Pandemic).
Do you want to be known as a Cyber Security Leader?
Our mPSAT Admins guide our customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our admins bring Proofpoint's experience and Best Practices with them. Our customers lean on us for our expertise and eye for detail.

As our customer-base continues to grow and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. That means we also need to be excellent at time management and prioritizing.

Your day to day
Work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program
Develop implementation and communicationstrategies
Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports
Resolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security Awareness Trainings software
Follow approved escalation process for all other software concerns
Handle a mPSAT account load and keep an updated status for each of the mPSAT customers in our CRM system. Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor's degreeor an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS
Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
Excellent time management skills
Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently
High energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills
Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access and Project a plus
