looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in addition to previous work experience in qualified technical skills. A qualified Managed Services Professional will be responsible for operational support of client sites and corporate infrastructure by providing hardware, software and application support as well as the troubleshooting of workstations and servers. The Managed Services Professional must utilize their significant experience to provide managed technology support services for our clients, and be accountable for maintaining standards, policies, procedures and documentation of systems.

Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Great troubleshooting skills on workstations, networks and servers with the ability to produce solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team of technicians. Ability to provide solutions to problems.
  • Have 7 years of experience working on Microsoft Server platforms
  • Experience in configuring and servicing MS Windows 7/10.
  • Proven track record working on IT Projects.
  • Good oral and written communications skills along with working knowledge of IT in a business environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with maintaining Windows Domains, GPO's and Active Directory management.
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Connectwise Manage and Automate Software.

Responsible for entering and retrieving warrants, injunctions, civil process and related information for assigned area of responsibility. Works according to set procedures under direct supervision. Position Duties:Tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the class as necessary. Monitors, answers and/or replies to telephone, radio and written requests from law enforcement agencies, court officials and the general public regarding arrest warrants, injunctions, and civil process. Performs data entry and updates of court issued criminal or civil process (warrants, injunctions and civil process) in agency and FCIC/NCIC databases, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Distributes and recalls court issued criminal and civil documents to and from agency units, precincts and/or other law enforcement and court agencies/officials. Files court issued criminal and civil documents in accordance with agency procedures. Collects and distributes funds and fees related to service of civil or criminal process. Maintains financial records of funds and fees related to service of civil or criminal process. Makes transportation arrangements and prepares order to transport for subjects in custody. Ensures service affidavits are accurately completed and returned in a timely manner. Performs routine office tasks such as preparing routine reports, typing, filing, faxing, telephoning, operating radio and photocopying. Monitors Teletype radio network and responds to requests for information from law enforcement officers. Enters and retrieves criminal and investigative information through FCIC/NCIC Criminal Justice Information Systems. Maintains various logs, charts, maps, repair logs, wrecker logs and recordings to provide records of all non-emergency actions for follow-up investigative, administrative or legal action. Operates/maintains non-emergency equipment such as computers, printers, playback systems, CAD and other systems. Performs other tasks as directed Minimum Qualifications:The entry level Judicial Technician I classification requires High School Diploma or GED. Requires a minimum of 6 months clerical experience. Law Enforcement experience preferred. Must pass a BCSO typing test with 35 wpm, applications will not be referred to the hiring department until the typing test requirement is met. Applicants can take the "PROVE IT" typing test at either of the Career Source Brevard locations, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9am-6:30pm. No appointment required. Class differs from Judicial Technician II in level of responsibility, job knowledge, experience and supervision needed. Judicial Technician III: ($16.75 per hour) Must meet all requirements of the Judicial Technician II, with at least one (1) year experience as a Judicial Technician II or related experience. Requires CJIS Basic Certification within 6 months of employment. Class differs from Judicial Technician I in level of responsibility, job knowledge, experience and supervision needed. Additional Information:Employees must be able to work any shift as assigned; days/nights, weekends and holidays. Shifts are: 4pm - 12am, 12am - 8am and 8am - 4pm.
