Job Title: Mammography Technologist - Virginia Beach

Job Description

The Mammography Technologist is responsible for the maintenance and quality of patient care on a continuing basis for the mammography department and throughout the organization. Essential duties include producing high-quality radiographs, performing visual preventative safety inspections, utilizing the Radiology Information Computer System (RICS), practicing radiation safety, confirming patient identity, performing scheduled procedures, and attending required orientations and meetings. Flexibility in work scheduling is necessary to ensure patient care.

Hard Skills

• ARRT registration REQUIRED
• Certified in Mammography
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience preferred

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Work Environment

Shift: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM
