We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to support our office located at 414 Haverhill Street in Rowley, MA. . In addition to mammography duties, the technologist will perform bone density and diagnostic x-ray exams This is a great opportunity to work in the healthcare industry and make a difference in people's lives.
Job Responsibilities
Perform mammography exams on patients, ensuring high-quality images are obtained
Perform bone density testing
Perform diagnostic X-Ray exams
Assist radiologists in the interpretation of mammogram results
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
Provide compassionate care to patients during their mammography exams
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
Perform QA/QC activities specific to Mammography to maintain compliance with MQSA and Commowealth of Mass DPH requirements
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Location: 414 Haverhill Street Rowley
Requirements
Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT) required
Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Mammography in the state of Massachusetts required. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography (ARRT) (M) required. CPR certification required.
Mammographer work experience required
CPR certification (within 6 months of hire)
