The Systems Engineer Mid level shall guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. The Systems Engineer shall seamlessly incorporate new plan, design and systems into ongoing operations and development associated technical documentation. The Systems Engineer shall develop SOPs and end-to-end components and data flow diagrams, produce systems engineering and architecture products in accordance with the USCYBERCOM Enterprise Architecture plans and Systems Engineering Policies & Standards Program and the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) best practices.This position provides part-time remote work!RequirementsA current Top-Secret/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.Eight (8) years of professional experiences and training in integration; testing; and system deployment, to include personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and equipment. A Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, or a Master of Science degree in systems engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering or related discipline may be substituted for six (6) years of experience.
Required technical skills:
  • Two (2) years demonstrated experience leading teams on small to mid-size systems engineering activities.
  • Four (4) years combined experience in each of the following:
    • Requirements analyses and design,
    • Architecture and Dataflow products, and
    • Authoring Systems Engineering documentation.

VIEW JOBS 12/1/2022 12:00:00 AM 2023-03-01T00:00 <p paraeid="{25499fa8-43b5-4ed4-8cd4-28ded5307e94}{84}" paraid="398717007">OPS Consulting is seeking a Malware Reverse Engineer to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.</p><strong>Description:</strong>OPS Consulting is seeking candidates for a Malware Reverse Engineer that will assist DCO/OCO analysts with complex analysis of forensic, event and signature data as well as binary, mobile, executable code leading to the detection of a variety of threat types including malware and potentially advanced persistent threats. The Malware Reverse Engineer will document the analysis techniques in a triage database to assist others in timely kill chain analysis. The Malware Reverse Engineer will capture and perform initial analysis on captured volatile data, log data, captured network traffic data, to identify any immediate intrusion related artifacts which in turn will allow immediate defensive countermeasures to be implemented. The Malware Reverse Engineer will develop necessary procedures or scripts to identify such data. The Malware Reverse Engineer will use both static and dynamic tools/techniques to analyze and reverse-engineer malware.<strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems or related discipline with 4 years of demonstrated experience. In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of demonstrated experience is required.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ability to develop code that takes advantages of a weakness in an operating system, application or any other software code, including application plug-ins. Familiar with disassembly tools and able to develop functional exploits; Create custom shellcode; develop code that can bypass typically security measures; experience with ring 0 programming.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">The ability to understand and create code in C, and Python or JavaScript. </li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Demonstrated experience and/or training in using both static and dynamic tools/techniques to analyze and reverse-engineer malware, to include: Binary Ninja, Immunity Debugger, Ollydbg, Windbg, Ida Pro, and/or Ghidra</li></ul><div><p paraeid="{25499fa8-43b5-4ed4-8cd4-28ded5307e94}{84}" paraid="398717007"><strong>Security Clearance:</strong></p><ul><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.</li></ul></div> OPS Consulting, LLC Annapolis Junction MD
