Male Spa Attendant (Part Time)

Main Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

• Liason/introduce guests to health club/spa services practitioners (massage therapists, etc.)

• Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Health Club/Spa services

• Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas (massage therapists, etc.)

• Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines

• Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with co-workers and all departments to ensure organized and professional service

• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact as well as all core and cultural benchmark standards

• Set-up and maintain health club/spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and games room.

• Retrieve and fold towels

• Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing

Physical Requirements

• 90% of shift continuous movement - such as walking through spa quickly to assist guests in all areas

• 60% - lifting/pushing/carrying supplies/equipment and refreshments: towel bins, water jugs, weights, wet towels in towel bins, towels off of shelves, misc. supplies up to 50 lbs.

• 10% bending to organize and access storage space, cover fitness equipment, picking up towels

• Must be able to wear a mask and gloves when required

• Able to work 40 hours per week and accept reasonable requests for overtime (if position is full time)

• Must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume
