Your role at Sephora:

As a Make-up Advisor (Consultant), you are an expert in all things Makeup! You will greet and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every client who enters the color zone of the store. In addition, you will:

  • Listen to clients to determine their skincare needs and suggest products that meet those needs based on your expertise, Sephora product training, and available in-store technology

  • Celebrate beauty with our clients and share product knowledge as appropriate

  • Participate in operations activities such as: inventory control, loss prevention programs to reduce shortage, compliance with sampling policies and procedures, and maintaining store cleanliness standards

  • Assist in other areas of the store if requested/necessary, such as the cashwrap and the beauty studio

  • Ensure continued product training plans are met so you remain an expert in beauty trends, application, and special events within the store

  • Provide client touch-ups, skin consultations, and makeovers as required

  • 1-3 years' experience in the retail or service industry

You will work one-on-one with clients to develop individually tailored financial plans comprised of personalized investment products and brokerage services including wealth management, insurance, and trust services. LBF is willing to compensate for current book of business Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Meet with clients to develop an investment and risk profile requisite for sales of NDIPs. Based on analysis of client's investment and risk profile recommend suitable NDIPs. * Process buy and sell orders of securities held by clients of the bank. * Provide investment advisory services through the use of client profiles and financial plans. * Maintain client files in accordance with FINRA. * Coach branch employees to foster qualified referrals of bank clients. * Work existing book of business to cross sell insurance and other NDIPs. * Staying current with new investment products and market trends * Attend business calls with Branch Managers and Lending Officers. * Conducting productive networking and prospecting in the community * Coordinate 401k plan reviews with product manager. * Ability to meet and exceed sales goals. * Attend Branch Investment Days and after hours events Requirements Qualifications: * Demonstrates ability to generate production through customer needs. Possess a "Client First" selling approach at all times. * Knowledgeable in accounting, marketing, business administration and finance. * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Master's degree or related professional certification a plus. Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales experience in the business industry * Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients and general public * Ability to create teams and partnership throughout the bank; develop branch employees to refer financial services to drive business * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. * Holds FINRA Series 7 or Series 65 and 66 plus New Jersey Life and Health licenses. * LFS is a member of protocol * Working knowledge of technology and software planning tools sufficient to analyze and report financial data * Must be bondable Employment Eligibility All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable.
