Position Make Ready Technician Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Residential Maintenance Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and hard-working Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to "market ready" condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
Perform duties to restore units to "market-ready" status to include but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Requirements:
Minimum three years of related experience
Valid Driver's License
Entry Level acceptable
Competencies:
Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
Self starter with ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
Ability to understand and follow direction
Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
Ability to communicate effectively
