Role: Major Incident Manager

Location: Fortmill, SC

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related experience. Demonstrated ability working in a prior incident/crisis management role. Strong experience working with IT Service Management Tools - ServiceNow.

• Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks including ITIL and COBIT. Experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Splunk. Experience providing support for cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure.

• Experience with cloud architecture (containers, PODs,) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills
