As a Major Accounts CSDM, you are seen as a specialist, working with your Major Account Sales partner to cultivate new business opportunities by providing high level human capital management solutions.
You will help identify the right targets in each partners territory, create and execute on a business plan, build out gaining access campaigns to collectively execute, and do the research necessary to understand the external market, the industry, and the company level initiatives.
Your ability to partner effectively, manage a complex sales process, and use your high level of business acumen to connect our solutions to our clients business outcomes will define your success and lead you to ADP's Presidents Club.

Additional responsibilities include the following:
Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; selling to both new accounts as well as existing ADP clients. Must be proficient in both elements.
Develop and execute business plans with each Major Account Sales partner to define your strategies and tactics for success
Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal channels and product partners; optimizing "center of influence" to best fit client needs during the sales process, including shared sales credit
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to drive HCM expansion with new and existing clients and firms.
Educate external referral partners on the difference between ADP solutions, specifically the value proposition of Business Process Outsourcing.
ADP believes in setting you up for success. As such, appropriately ramped quotas are assigned to all first year Comprehensive Services DMs.
Minimum of 5+ years of quota carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management
Track record of over achieving quota while managing a complex sales process.
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
Demonstration of successful partnership in past sales roles
