As a Maintenance Worker, you will work based out of the general administration office in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ with an emphasis on Mercer County and Northern Burlington County programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Maintenance tasks

  • Submit required documentation to office personnel

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Follow up with staff and consumers when necessary

  • Maintain safe working conditions

  • Coordinate activities with supervisory staff

  • Supply and maintain your own basic tools

  • Travel to Mercer County and Northern Burlington county, and other places as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Six (6) years' experience working in the construction or home improvement industry

  • Basic computer skills

  • General management skills

  • Trade or vocational training

  • RRP qualified and OSHA training preferred
