Maintenance Worker - Fairgrounds (Temporary)

The Gallatin County Fairgrounds is hiring Temporary Maintenance Workers for the 2024 Big Sky Country State Fair. Dates Required: June 10th, 2024 - July 28, 2024

Duties:

• Custodial, cleaning buildings, emptying garbage cans, servicing restrooms, cleaning stalls and barns.

• Event prep, setting up tables, chairs, display equipment, stock panels, etc.

• Basic handyman skills and tool proficiency

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Able to work with public.

• Able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must provide own hat and gloves.

• Work outside majority of the time in all weather conditions.

• Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week minimum with coffee and meal break.

• Assigned shifts of 6am-6pm, 11am-11pm, and 2pm-2am during Big Sky Country State Fair July 17 - 21, 2024
