MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS I and
II Levels - 2nd & 3rd Shift $25-$28/hr 2nd Shift:
1:30p-9:30p $20-$25/hour

3rd Shift: 9:30p-5:30a $25-$28/hour

Exciting Laundry industry maintenance opportunities exist in Milwaukee. *Boiler exp. helpful

Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems / components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, Hvac, material handling / forklifts, and boilers; perform mig, tig, arc welding cutting and brazing, preventive / predictive maintenance; resolve safety concerns; perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitor inventory supplies; and maintain maintenance records.

Maintenance Tech II also will perform chemical testing on the boilers making necessary adjustments, resolve safety concerns, identify/evaluate/monitor work performed by inside and outside service companies, respond to emergency alarms and mentor Maintenance Tech I team members.

Requirements



Requirements:
HS / GED, 2-5 years minimum experience in this field, read English maintenance documents / blueprints, HVAC, Boiler, Welding Mig, Tig, Arc, cutting, and brazing experience preferred, and basic Microsoft Office skills are required.

Able to perform maintenance in all equipment situations and able to stand up to 7 hours if required.

Must be able to pass a skills test, and pre-employment drug screen.

Packaging of our products is an important role that must meet food safety and food quality standards and must be labeled, documented and counted to assure production, shipping and warehousing targets. All procedures and practices used are grounded in standards, regulations and laws addressing food safety and food quality, as well as environmental safety in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. Maintains an understanding of the production schedule for each shift and how it influences the work to be done Builds safe and secure boxes as described in procedures Packs cases effectively and efficiently and labels appropriately as described in procedures and reports any concerns to supervisors. Palletizes (place cases on pallets for shipping and display), as described in procedures and assesses lot codes and dates Assures accurate Handling Unit (HU) moves and documentation Maintains clean work area. Performs all plant cleaning and sanitation activities on all equipment and in all departments following both safety and quality procedures, policies, and rules and in accordance with the standards, regulations and laws governing food safety, food quality and environmental safety regulations and monitors and accurately documents all work completed. This includes midweek and end of the week production cleaning Supports the implementation and monitoring of food safety and food quality standards, regulations and laws and records and documents according to procedures, notifying leaders if there are any concerns or opportunities for improvement Remains current in training expectations Keeps work environment clean, and safe Assure the implementation of all identified food quality and food safety standards, laws, good manufacturing practices, training and continuous improvement Primary focus of all business related efforts are and must remain that of promoting excellence in all products Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
