Job Description We seek a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team at Reflections at Yosemite Apartments.

The property is a low-income housing property consisting of 100 units. The Maintenance Technician/Porter will complete work orders, maintain the property's cleanliness, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency calls. We seek a candidate to perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.

We are also seeking a candidate who can maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property. The ideal candidate should have the skills to complete the previously listed tasks, be professional, and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with fellow employees and tenants. Being on call is part of the job, and the ideal candidate will need to respond to after-hour emergencies.

Additionally, mileage for after-hour calls will be reimbursed, ensuring you are compensated for the extra effort required for emergency responses. Maintenance tools will be provided for the ideal candidate to use at the property they should be maintained and used responsibly to perform tasks effectively. You will receive cell phone reimbursement, which is likely to cover work-related phone usage.

Requirements Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation. Smartphone application “app” capability. On call and weekend service experience Effective customer service with residents, vendors, and supervisor Oral and written communication skills 2 years of Maintenance Tech experience or 1-year various other trade experience Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management).
