Maintenance Technician

Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Luxury Property Management company in Mission Valley.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

• A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out

• Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

• Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units

• Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items

• Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items

• Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner

• Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion

This is a FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service

• Maintenance: 2 years

• Painting: 2 years

• Plumbing: 2 years

• Appliance repair: 2 years

• HVAC: 1 year

• Driver's License (Required)

• Apartment Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 9am-6pm

Pay Rate: $25.59/hr.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
