Maintenance Technician

GENERALPURPOSE: To be part of an energetic team, devoted to delivering a uniqueand enjoyable customer service experience for our residents and visitors . RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine preventativemaintenance, as directed by supervisor Focused on all aspects in turning a vacant unit into a unit ready for move-in (includes sheetrock/drywall work, painting, trim work, and repairs as needed) JOB REQUIREMENTS:
