Triumvirate Environmental (BestPlus), one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an (onsite) Maintenance Technician for our Jeannette, PA team. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.to $25.00/hr. and the schedule is a 12-hour rotating shift. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for maintaining production equipment along with other maintenance activities.

Our BestPLUS recycled plastic lumber business is part of a larger strategy to help customers become greener and more sustainable. We've developed a proprietary process that converts a variety of waste materials into multiple grades and profiles of plastic lumber for many applications and markets. Our products and solutions have been well-received by the market. We are looking for a high energy sales pro to help us reach more customers and geographies.

Essential responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to eliminate down time and ensure production goals.

• Must have basic skills using power/hand tools.

• Must have knowledge of PLC's, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems

• Must have previous experience troubleshooting the above systems.

• Extruder experience a plus

• Ability to follow directions and work as a team or individual.

• Comply with OSHA safety rules.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders.

• Understand Lean manufacturing and 5S principle.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area, on and off the floor.

• WOW! Internal and external customers

• Lead with safety

Basic Requirements:

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience performing mechanical maintenance activities

• Experience with instillation of equipment in a manufacturing environment a plus

• Must be able to work safely around industrial equipment.

• Willingness to work overtime.

• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and aptitude test

• Must possess a superb attitude, be highly motivated, and very detail oriented.

Preferred Requirements:

• Preferred trade school or associate degree.

This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
