Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Wayland, MI . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance on all machines and equipment

• Diagnose source of problem or potential problem and maintains or repairs machines or equipment as needed

• Diagnose situation or problem, plans and schedules course of action necessary to prevent breakdowns i.e. preventive maintenance, and makes repairs or improvements to machines/equipment

• Performs basic electrical repairs

• Installs, removes, fabricates, alters, and rebuilds machines/equipment to achieve desired results and comply with all code requirements

• Operate equipment to ensure effectiveness of repairs and safe operation of equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals in order to perform repairs

• Operate testing equipment, powered hand tools, torches, welders, and precision measuring equipment

• Assist other maintenance members and serves as resource to engineering and management

Requirements

• Journeyman card preferred but would consider equal experience
