Consider joining us as a Maintenance Technician for Crossings of Kenton Apartments in Kenton County, Erlanger, KY.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance.

• General maintenance knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.

• HVAC Experience and Pool Operator a Plus.

• Own basic tools.

• Strong maintenance, time management and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, and strong attention to detail

• Valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.

• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Conduct turnovers and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens, roofing, blacktop, concrete repairs, and signage.

• Install and repair appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures, including replacing water heaters and toilets.

• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Undertake custodial and grounds duties to maintain property cleanliness and presentation.

• Ensure company equipment and tools are well-maintained and in proper working condition.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations while on call or as required.

Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, plus on-call duties as scheduled.
