Consider becoming a valued member of our team as a District Maintenance Technician for our Dayton District Office in Centerville, Ohio.

Who you are:

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in general maintenance.

• Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall repair, minor construction work, minor plumbing and electrical work, gutter, and downspout repair, as well as expertise in door and gate hardware repairs and wood trim replacement.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use.

• Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning.

• Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools.

• Valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.

• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Performing various maintenance tasks from service requests.

• Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape.

• Working on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, club house maintenance, painting etc.

• Providing customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors.

• Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment.

• Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.

• Work scheduled: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. with on-call rotation.
