Under minimal supervision, provide troubleshooting, repair maintenance, preventative maintenance and installation support for new and existing manufacturing equipment, facility equipment and devices. Provide on-line maintenance support. Apply knowledge of various trades such as electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, hydraulics and plumbing
Provide on-line maintenance and support.
Complete and update P.M. system for daily, weekly, monthly and annual requirements. Provide technical support for audits.
Participate as assigned in the investigation of production related problems with mechanisms or processes and assist in the introduction of new or modified equipment or productions into production.
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, and improper conditions to supervisor. Assist with facilities maintenance, furniture moving, equipment set up for meetings, ect.
Operates lifts, tow motors, jacks, hoists as needed.
Make or modify fixtures, tooling or equipment according to close tolerances, simple blueprints or engineering sketches.
When necessary set up, operate and adjust laboratory or production equipment to process materials for the assembly of new or existing products or processes.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics
Ability to braze and solder
Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
