Maintenance Technician

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Claxton, GA, for a reputable cold storage company. Join our team and advance your career with a competitive pay rate starting at $19/hr, depending on your experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

• Maintain and service equipment including conveyors, cranes, refrigeration systems, fire protection, and mechanical systems.

• Execute planned preventative maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Coordinate with Planners and System Operators to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to operations.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of refrigeration systems.

• Utilize maintenance software to report and track all maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance background.

• High School Diploma or GED.
