We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for swing shift (3:30 PM 12:00 AM)

Position Summary

Performs downtime and preventative maintenance (PMs) on critical equipment and facilities items on-time (per the PM schedule)

Responds to equipment and facilities requests for repairs

Keeps internal customers informed of estimated repair time and equipment status

Generates purchase requisitions and item masters

Works with suppliers to repair and maintain equipment

Maintains work areas, tools, and spare parts in a systematic, organized, and clean fashion

Assists with furniture and fixture assembly as assigned

Follows work instructions and procedures and recommends improvements

Other job duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of experience in automated equipment assembly, facilities repair, line maintenance, or field service; 6-years plus preferred

Knowledge of various facility equipment and systems required

Ability to read, comprehend, and execute assembly or work instructions, equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and diagrams

Fork lift and scissor lift driver certification a plus

Experience in HVAC, plumbing (taping, lubricating, and fitting assembly), electrical, and CDA equipment maintenance and repair a plus

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs., and stand/lift/push throughout the day

Ability to climb ladders, operating forklifts and aerial lift
